1. Link Analog Output 1 (Parameter 387) to the Rate Limit output

(Block 4, Node 5).

2. Toggle bit I:00/00 to initiate the block transfer routine which

processes all function block links.

3. Verify that the write was successful. If N57:101 = 0900
