Instances
The number of instances depends on the number of timers in the device.
Instance 1 is always reserved for a real-time clock although a device may not
support it. The total number of timers can be read in Instance 0, Attribute 2.

real-time clock that is predefined.
3 Read Only First Device Specific
Timer
WORD Instance of the first timer that is not predefined.
4 Write Time Command Write BYTE 0 = No Operation
1 = Clear all timers (Does not clear the real-time
clock or read only timers)
