Set Dominant Latch

must appear before the SRL element. Refer to the truth table for

information about the set dominant latch.

Reset Dominant Latch

When using a reset dominant latch, the accompanying reset element

must appear after the RSL element. Refer to the truth table for

information about the reset dominant latch.
