3-- 2 Getting Started with ODS

Using DOS

1. Turn on the computer and boot DOS.

IMC was included as the last record in the AUTOEXEC.BAT

file, ODS starts automatically when you turn on the computer.

2. At the DOS prompt, type:

IMC [ENTER]

If the message Bad command or filename appears, this is an

indication t hat t he PATH command in the AUTOEXEC.BAT file

does not contain the directory \IMC.

3. If this is the case, type:

cd \IMC [ENTER] IMC [ENTER]

ODS displays a similar welcome screen.
